Terma & Syarat Menaiki Melaka River Cruise 

  1. WAKTU OPERASI
    1. Isnin hingga Khamis: 9.00 pagi – 11.00 malam
    2. Jumaat hingga Ahad (termasuk Cuti Sekolah & Cuti Umum) : 9.00 pagi – 12.00 tengah malam
  2. SAH LAKU TIKET
    a) Tiket hanya sah digunakan pada tarikh perjalanan yang telah ditetapkan semasa pembelian.
    b) Tiket akan terbatal dan tidak boleh digunakan sekiranya pelanggan gagal menaiki Melaka River Cruise pada tarikh yang telah ditetapkan.
  3. GANGGUAN OPERASI
    a) Operasi Melaka River Cruise boleh dihentikan sementara atau ditutup atas faktor keselamatan, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada:
    • Hujan lebat
    • Kilat dan petir
    • Paras air sungai yang tinggi
    • Arus sungai yang deras
    • Sebarang keadaan lain yang boleh menjejaskan keselamatan operasi
  4. PERTUKARAN TARIKH TIKET
    a) Pertukaran tarikh tiket hanya dibenarkan sekiranya operasi Melaka River Cruise ditutup atas sebab-sebab yang dinyatakan dalam Perkara 3.
    b) Permohonan pertukaran tarikh boleh dibuat di mana-mana kaunter Melaka River Cruise atau dengan menghubungi:
    • Kaunter Taman Rempah : 06-286 1530
    • Kaunter Muara : 06-286 1531
    • Pejabat PPSPM : 06-281 4322 / 4323
  5. PINDAAN WAKTU OPERASI
    a) Pihak pengurusan berhak meminda waktu operasi tanpa sebarang notis terlebih dahulu.
  6. KEHADIRAN PELANGGAN
    a) Pelanggan disarankan hadir sekurang-kurangnya tiga puluh (30) minit sebelum waktu perjalanan yang dijadualkan.
  7. TANGGUNGJAWAB PELANGGAN
    a) Pelanggan bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya terhadap keselamatan diri sendiri sepanjang menggunakan perkhidmatan Melaka River Cruise.
    b) Sebarang kemalangan, kecederaan atau kerugian yang berlaku akibat kecuaian pelanggan sendiri adalah di bawah tanggungjawab pelanggan tersebut.
  8. PERLINDUNGAN INSURANS
    a) Harga tiket yang dibayar adalah termasuk perlindungan insurans tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat polisi yang berkuat kuasa.
  9. DASAR PEMBATALAN DAN BAYARAN BALIK
    a) Semua pembelian tiket yang telah disahkan adalah muktamad dan tidak boleh dibatalkan, dipulangkan atau dituntut bayaran balik, kecuali dalam keadaan yang dibenarkan oleh pihak pengurusan.
  10. LIABILITI PPSPM
    a) Perbadanan Pembangunan Sungai dan Pantai Melaka (PPSPM) tidak bertanggungjawab terhadap:
    • Kehilangan atau kerosakan barang peribadi pelanggan;
    • Kecederaan yang berpunca daripada kecuaian pelanggan sendiri; dan
    • Sebarang kerugian akibat kegagalan pelanggan mematuhi arahan keselamatan yang diberikan.
  11. TATATERTIB PELANGGAN
    a) Pelanggan hendaklah sentiasa menjaga tingkah laku dan mematuhi arahan kru bot sepanjang perjalanan.
  12. LARANGAN SEMASA MENGGUNAKAN PERKHIDMATAN
    a) Pelanggan adalah dilarang melakukan perkara-perkara berikut:
    • Merokok atau menggunakan rokok elektronik (vape) di kawasan larangan;
    • Terlibat dalam pergaduhan atau menyebabkan gangguan kepada ketenteraman awam;
    • Melakukan vandalisme atau merosakkan harta benda;
    • Membuang sampah atau sebarang objek ke dalam sungai; dan
    • Membawa bahan berbahaya, bahan terlarang atau sebarang barang yang boleh mengancam keselamatan penumpang dan operasi.
  13. PENERIMAAN TERMA DAN SYARAT

Dengan pembelian dan penggunaan tiket Melaka River Cruise, pelanggan dianggap telah membaca, memahami dan bersetuju untuk mematuhi semua terma dan syarat yang ditetapkan.



Melaka River Cruise Terms & Conditions

i. OPERATING HOURS

a. Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
b. Friday to Sunday (including School Holidays & Public Holidays): 9:00 AM – 12:00 Midnight

ii. TICKET VALIDITY

a. Tickets shall only be valid for use on the travel date specified at the time of purchase.
b. Tickets shall be deemed null and void and will not be accepted should passengers fail to board the Melaka River Cruise on the scheduled date.

iii. OPERATIONAL DISRUPTIONS

a. Melaka River Cruise operations may be temporarily suspended or ceased for safety purposes, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

  • Heavy rainfall;

  • Lightning and thunderstorms;

  • Elevated river water levels;

  • Strong river currents; and/or

  • Any other circumstances that may compromise the safety and operation of the service.

iv. TICKET DATE AMENDMENT

a. Amendments to ticket travel dates shall only be permitted in the event that Melaka River Cruise operations are suspended due to the circumstances stated under Clause iii.
b. Requests for ticket date amendments may be made at any Melaka River Cruise ticket counter or through the following contact details:

  • Taman Rempah Counter: 06-286 1530

  • Muara Counter: 06-286 1531

  • PPSPM Office: 06-281 4322 / 4323

v. AMENDMENT OF OPERATING HOURS

a. The Management reserves the right to revise or amend operating hours at its sole discretion without prior notice.

vi. CUSTOMER ARRIVAL

a. Customers are strongly advised to arrive at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

vii. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Customers shall bear full responsibility for their own safety throughout the duration of the Melaka River Cruise service.
b. Any accident, injury, damage, or loss arising from the customer’s own negligence shall be solely borne by the respective customer.

viii. INSURANCE COVERAGE

a. Ticket prices are inclusive of insurance coverage, subject to the prevailing terms and conditions of the applicable insurance policy.

ix. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

a. All confirmed ticket purchases shall be deemed final and are non-cancellable, non-transferable, and non-refundable, except under circumstances expressly approved by the Management.

x. PPSPM LIABILITY

a. The Melaka River and Coastal Development Corporation (PPSPM) shall not be held liable for:

  • Any loss of, or damage to, customers’ personal belongings;

  • Injuries resulting from the customer’s own negligence; and/or

  • Any losses incurred due to failure to comply with safety instructions issued by authorised personnel.

xi. CUSTOMER CONDUCT

a. Customers are required to maintain proper conduct and comply with all instructions provided by the boat crew throughout the duration of the journey.

xii. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES DURING THE SERVICE

a. Customers are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

  • Smoking or using electronic cigarettes (vapes) in prohibited areas;

  • Engaging in physical altercations or causing disturbances to public order;

  • Committing vandalism or damaging property;

  • Littering or disposing of any objects into the river; and/or

  • Carrying hazardous materials, prohibited substances, or any items that may endanger passenger safety and operational security.

xiii. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing and/or utilising a Melaka River Cruise ticket, customers shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein.
